«Visicom - PRO» Geoinformational system
Geoinformational system “Visicom - PRO” is a city information storage and retrieval system. It makes possible:
- representation of random city map fragment on a display screen
- defining location of streets by street names on the map
- locating an object according to its postal address on the map
- user can create its personal information layers to meet his own challenges
- plotting geometric objects on the map by the user: point, line, area, text
- searching data in information layers created by the user
- plotting random service areas on the map and locating necessary objects on these areas
- grid analysis of data
- creating reports for printing due to the internal editor
- calculate the shortest route among several addresses in the city taking into account road signs and sequencing by designated points
- producing route plan for a driver according to data of calculation of the shortest route
The system is based on detailed city map and city infrastructure database.
Information layers include:
- administrative districts of the city
- streets
- postal addresses of buildings
- buildings
Cartographic information and database of geoinformation system “Visicom - PRO” shall be updated once a year.
Geoinformation system “Visicom - PRO” supports three languages (Ukrainian, Russian and English). The system contains user manual (it is based on geoinformation searching system “Visicom - PRO”) and HELP in Russian.
Geoinformation system “Visicom - PRO” operates in Windows 3.Х, Windows 9.Х, Windows NT, Windows XP. The system shall be recorded to hard disk.
To make system operation more efficient, it is recommended to use:
PC with processor Pentium and random access memory shall be not less than 256 Mb;
Operation systems Windows 9.Х, Windows NT, Windows XP;
Display mode 1024х768 points and higher, colour resolution more than 256 colours.
Geoinformation system “Visicom - PRO” is registered in Copyright and Related Rights Government Agency of Ukraine. Certificate ВП № 560 dated July 10, 2000.

Stock geoinformation system “Visicom - PRO” for 60 Ukrainian cities
The price of the first version “Visicom - PRO”: 3 000 Hrivnas, including VAT for each city.
The second and the next versions for this city: 1000 Hrivnas, including VAT.
Data updating shall be performed annually.
The price for updating: 600 Hrivnas, including VAT.
